Book your own haven amidst the wilderness of our island. Each of our 16 individually appointed rooms offers warm wood furnishings and high-quality amenities for complete comfort between adventure-filled days.
Cottage Rentals
For larger groups or simply more privacy, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom cottages are available to rent. With each cottage boasting its own unique history and character, enjoy modern-day amenities and plenty of space in accommodations as unique as the Island.
Full Island Rental
Ideal for family reunions, non-traditional weddings, corporate retreats, and more. Entire Island Reservations are the ultimate way to experience Little St. Simons Island while reconnecting with friends, family, and colleagues. Full Island rentals include the use of all 16 guest rooms for up to 32 guests.
Cedar House
Tucked into the arms of cascading Live Oaks, the Cedar House faces Mosquito Creek and offers sweeping views of coastal salt marsh from a screened-in porch and large open deck. Cedar House features a spacious living room with a fireplace and four comfortable guest bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Each guest room can be equipped with one king bed or two twin beds according to your preference.

River Lodge
Built in the early 1980s, the River Lodge offers panoramic views of tidal salt marsh and fiery sunsets from a screened-in porch and large open deck. The River Lodge features four guest rooms with private bathrooms and a spacious living room with a fireplace, kitchenette, and refined furnishings. Each guest room can be equipped with one king bed or two twin beds to easily accommodate any group.

Helen House
Built in 1928, the Mediterranean revival-style Helen House has an exterior of tabby. The picturesque cottage features a large living room with a fireplace and three guest bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have king beds, and one of the bedrooms has two twin beds. A large screened-in porch overlooks a landscaped courtyard and heritage garden.

Michael Cottage
Built in the 1930s, the Michael cottage is nestled along the garden and offers secluded privacy and charm. This historic cottage has a living room with a fireplace, two guest bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the guest bedroom can be equipped with one king or two twin beds according to your preference. A screened-in front porch is ideal for relaxing in rocking chairs, and an expansive back deck features an enclosed outdoor shower beneath a canopy of Live Oaks.

Hunting Lodge
Built in 1917, The Hunting Lodge houses the Island Museum, our Living Room, Dining Rooms, Gift Shop, Activity Room, and the Lodge Office, and each evening hosts a social before dinner. Adjacent to the Museum are two separate guest rooms, each with a private bathroom and king bed. Lodge Left and Lodge Right are furnished with antique cedar furniture and historic decor.

Tom House
Built in the 1930s, the Tom House is a one-bedroom bungalow retreat. The House features a queen bed, sitting room, full bathroom, and a screened-in porch complete with a daybed and enclosed outdoor shower.
