On your visit, enjoy ferry rides to and from the Island through tidal marshes, venture to the Island’s north tip in an open-back truck to learn about the region’s natural and human history, experience the unique plethora of wildlife which call these untouched ecosystems home, and explore the Island’s undeveloped beach. Indulge in a fresh packed picnic lunch including hearty sandwiches, snacks, and soft drinks in a natural setting on the island. Prepare for a day-away like no other.

Each day trip can accommodate eight people. Pricing: $200 per person taxes not included.
Full 8-person day trip bookings can accommodate children of any age. For reservations part of a larger group, children 8 years old and up are welcome.
Prepare for your Daytrip
To make the most of your day on the Island, we recommend bringing an extra jacket and wearing comfortable walking shoes, long pants, and long sleeves. Day trips operate through mild weather, and we will provide rain ponchos and boots if we encounter Coastal Georgia’s bountiful elements. Our ferry departs from the Hampton River Marina located at 1000 Hampton River Club Marina Drive on St. Simons Island, Georgia. Please arrive at the Marina 15 minutes prior to ferry departure.
